Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

GenAI Edge strives to provide high-quality tutoring and consulting services, and we want our clients to feel confident when booking sessions. Our refund policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued for tutoring sessions, monthly packages, or consulting work. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@genai-edge.com.

For monthly prepaid tutoring packages, clients receive a set number of sessions that must be used within the billing month. Sessions do not roll over into future months. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, the session may be rescheduled within the same month, subject to instructor availability. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed without communication, or not used by the end of the month are forfeited and non-refundable. Monthly payments secure your reserved session times for that month; therefore, refunds are not provided once the monthly cycle begins, except in rare cases at the discretion of GenAI Edge.

We are committed to fairness and transparency, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you have a special situation or need assistance, please reach out—we will make reasonable efforts to find a solution that works for both parties.
